2.30-6.30pm One to one therapies
(30min slots kindly provided by volunteer therapists. You must indicate your interest in advance and if interest exceeds availability we will operate a lottery system)
2.30-3.30pm Workshop 1: Mindfulness with Ann Ward, Xhale
3.45-4.45pm Workshop 2: Self reflexology with Claire Conlon
5.00-6pm Workshop 3: Creative Clay with Busy Bee Ceramics
(You are welcome to attend any or all of the workshops but places are allocated on a first come first served basis so please book in advance)
You are also welcome to sit and chat to other families or staff if you don’t fancy a workshop. We will try to have refreshments available throughout the afternoon. You can also bring your swimmers and enjoy the sauna, steam, pool and jacuzzi
7pm Sit for dinner followed by live music from Far & Away

How much does it cost?
Cost: To run this event willcost HDANI approx. £150/200 per person to cover venue costs, workshops, catering, entertainment and accommodation as well as salary and mileage costs.
We ask our service users to make the following contribution:
£10 per person day only includes workshops & refreshments
£20 per person day only plus 3-course evening meal & entertainment
£35 per person includes all of the above as well as overnight bed & breakfast accommodation in the Armagh City Hotel and leisure suite
How do I register?
Please contact your family support worker or email info@hdani.org.uk and someone will come back to you to gather details: your name, who is attending, therapy & workshop choices, any dietary or accessibility needs, bedroom requirements.
Let us know if there are any issues with transport that you need help with. If you have caring responsibilities which you feel would prevent you or a loved one attending again let us know. We will do our very best to help you attend this event.
How do I pay?
Places are limited especially for accommodation so we appreciate payment in advance to guarantee your room. You can pay your support worker in cash in person when you meet or at a group

If you have any difficulties with payment just let us know.
What happens if I cancel or don’t show up?
While we understand last minute emergencies can happen, please me mindful that last minute cancellations or no-shows will still incur full cost to HDANI. We will do what we can to help you attend but no shows means valuable resources being lost for example each no show is the same as the cost of 5 sessions of therapy for a family member.
How do I get there?
Armagh City Hotel, 2 Friary Rd, Armagh BT60 4FR. If you need advice on public transport, want to see about carsharing or have mobility/accessibility issues let us know asap.
Can kids attend? This is an adult only event. Please keep an eye on our Facebook post for events for our youth.
